Welcome to Tai Lue Homestay & Arts. By visiting us in Ban Nayangtai, you agree to respect our village heritage, family home, and the natural environment of Luang Prabang.
1. The Homestay Experience
Tai Lue Homestay & Arts is a traditional village home, not a standard hotel or resort. Facilities are local and authentic. Guests choose to stay with us for cultural immersion and meaningful connection. By booking, you acknowledge that you are entering a family environment and a rural village setting.
2. Village Dignity & Conduct
We ask all guests to respect Tai Lue customs and village dignity. This includes dressing modestly within the village, observing quiet hours in the evening, and following local etiquette shared during the village walk or welcome. Our goal is traditional preservation and respectful exchange.
3. Bookings, Payments & Extras
Room prices include accommodation and breakfast. All other services—including lunch, dinner, transport, Baci ceremonies, and workshops—are arranged and paid for separately. Public prices displayed are guest prices inclusive of all local taxes. We do not display or offer private B2B partner net rates.
4. Arrival & Transport Responsibility
Ban Nayangtai is a remote village with no regular direct public bus. It is your responsibility to contact the host via WhatsApp or Email before traveling to confirm transport options. We are not liable for travel complications resulting from a failure to coordinate arrival details with us in advance.
5. Community & Artisan Income
Participation in workshops, meals, and guiding provides direct, activity-based income for village artisans. By participating, you support the livelihood promotion and cultural preservation of our community members in North Laos.
